  • Connected SAP/ERP through SVV Reach platform to BigCommerce (maintained state of products, inventory, orders and shipments)
  • Scanned parts bulletin documents to develop a full eCommerce catalog structure with added attributes
  • Developed product bundles based on maintenance kits and natural purchasing bundles, including superseded parts
  • Implemented a complete integrated eCommerce environment for selling parts

Results

  • Launched in Beta with 3 customers, strong usage and overwhelmingly positive feedback
  • Client business was sold
