![](https://sweetvalleyventure.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/cs-loco400x300-e1562781530410.jpg)
Opportunities
- Improve customer-facing interfaces for purchasing parts and only display parts relevant to the customer’s inventory
- Maintain the state of superseded parts
- Reduce return rates: customers order multiple parts because they cannot ascertain correct to purchase from existing catalog.
Solution
- Connected SAP/ERP through SVV Reach platform to BigCommerce (maintained state of products, inventory, orders and shipments)
- Scanned parts bulletin documents to develop a full eCommerce catalog structure with added attributes
- Developed product bundles based on maintenance kits and natural purchasing bundles, including superseded parts
- Implemented a complete integrated eCommerce environment for selling parts
Results
- Launched in Beta with 3 customers, strong usage and overwhelmingly positive feedback
- Client business was sold
